About Me

“One does not become conscience by imagining figures of light, but by making the shadow conscience.” - C.J. Jung

I am a wild feral soul longing to help others connect with their sacred purpose through healing, wholeing, and re-wilding. My work is dedicated to helping you feel at home in your body, in this life, and on this planet.

The Pacific Northwest (PNW) is currently where my daughter and I dwell in a yurt, alongside a creek, fed by a waterfall in a community of diverse humans and more than humans. I grew up in Sedona, Arizona among the junipers and lizards of the red desert and while I love the PNW, the desert is my soul’s home.

I am a shapeshifter, an alchemist, a midwife, and a ceremonialist. I embody a great many roles in my life. I am a healer, a mother, a business owner, the founder of a nature based school, and a member of the earth and cosmic family. I am a soul weaver — helping people track the threads of their soul across time. Some call me Moonsnake. I am most at home outside. Anywhere.  I move through mountains and landscapes to get closer to myself and closer to Source. And I share these experiences with others.  My journey with my own body asked me to stop running (literally) and find other ways to move. I had my hip replaced at 38 and have several herniated discs from overuse injuries. While the surgery went beautifully, my experience with the surgery has called me to support others pre and post surgeries. I am training in Jin Shin TARA and folding this into my cranialsacral practice. I have training in some of the more esoteric arts of journeying, shamanic healing, and the journey of soul initiation — amongst others.

Imagination matters to me. Feeling matters to me. Feeling safe to imagine and fully live from our hearts and bodies is even more important to me. I co-founded the Heartsong Learning Collective to help protect the journey of childhood and to preserve imagination. We spend much of our adult lives re-membering and re-claiming. This collective aims to be a spacious container where we learn with and from Nature and the only thing we forget is what the adults are still trying to let go of.

My own journey through childhood as a highly sensitive and intuitive human and life open me to supporting that which seems to have no answer and does not make sense. The dark nights of the soul are a familiar place to me, perhaps even a place of comfort. I am here to listen to the stories, your story, and help you weave in some of your own light — whatever form that may take.

My work is intuitive as much as it is practical. My orientation is both grounded and cosmically spacious. There is room for both. And in-between those two places is where we do our work. Together. In and with your body.

“She who reconciles the ill-matched threads of her life, weaves them gratefully into a single cloth -- Its she who drives the loudmouths from the hall and clears it for a different celebration.”

Rainier Maria Rilke
